We endeavour to get all items to you as soon as possible. As most of our items are custom embroidered this may take from 2-5 days to ship. We will note on our home page of our website if this changes from time to time.
Each item will have different care instructions attached to the garment or on the product on our website. We recommend washing the embroiderd products inside out to protect the embroidery. Try to not wash them with other items that may cause damage (e.g zippers or buttons). Use a mild detergent and air dry when possible.
Due to the different font options and the embroidery thread colour options etc, we understand it maybe difficult to know how your item will turn out once embroidered. You can send us an email and let us know what item, item colour, font, thread colour and name/initial/date you would like and we can digitise it and show you how it will turn out.
