Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly as once we send your items we are no longer able to change or alter the address in any way. You will incur standard postage charges if we need to resend.
Please know we endeavour to get all of your products sent promptly but all products embroidered may take from 2-5 days to be shipped. (Subject to change - any changes will be noted on our home page of our website). We do not send parcels on the weekend.
Once your items have left us they are no longer our responsibility. If your package goes missing or arrives damaged, please liase with the shipping agent responsible. We will hand over any information necessary that can help with your claim.
