RETURNS

If you need to return an item please contact us via email at info@frankieleigh.nz

Please do not send anything without prior communications with us.

Once we have received your item we will notify you via email on the outcome and the return has been finalised.

We do not offer refunds or exhanges on any sale items unless faulty.

CHANGE OF MIND OR INCORRECT SIZE

Please be careful to select the correct size and have a look at the size charts provided for each item before making any purchases. If your item is not the correct size and has not been custom embroidered you can return the item and we can provide a full refund or replacement. We are unable to refund or replace any items that have been custom embroidered if you purchase the incorrect size.

For change of mind we are also able to provide a full refund if not custom embroidered.

We do not offer refunds on any items that have been custom embroidered due to change of mind.

We do not refund the return shipping on any items returned to us due to change of mind or incorrect size.

FAULTY ITEMS

We need to be informed within 14 days after shipping if any items are faulty. Please provide photos.

For minor faults we can reimburse or cover repair costs upon receipt of invoice from your chosen repair centre if you wish. If you prefer, we can offer a replacement or refund including return shipping costs once we receive the product.

For any major faults where the product is fundamentally unusable and unfixable, we can offer a replacement or a refund once we receive the product.

For reimbursement on return shipping we need a copy of the shipping receipt.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted if we are contacted via email before any embroidering is done (if applicable) and shipping the order. Please refer to the returns guidelines above for more information.
